With the PADI IDC Staff Instructor course you will learn and work alongside our Course Director and Ninja Go Pro team as they help you learn how to teach instructor candidates to become PADI Instructors. For those who want to take the next steps in their career while opening more job opportunities and at the same time developing & refining their teaching skills, this is the course for you. The program starts with a day of workshops and presentations with our veteran Course Director with over 20 years experience including both teaching and examining IDC’s for PADI. Then you will be assisting on a full Instructor Development Course from the first day of the IDC prep course all the way through to cheering on your candidates at the Instructor Exams and celebrating with them when they receive their instructor credentials.  Throughout the IDC you will assist, present and give evaluations & feedback to new instructor candidates, working side by side with our Course Director and team to develop the skills they need to become PADI Instructors. But more importantly you will learn how to help your students grow, overcome obstacles, push through on their way to becoming an instructor. For us, it is one of the most rewarding courses as you get to see and assist your students go through every moment of becoming an instructor.
